FIELD: medicine; sports.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to sports medicine, physical culture and sports and is intended for training the interaction of a group of athletes. Light emitter of the software and hardware complex (SHC), which includes the system of monitoring the location of the trainees, form the light-dynamic zones (LDZ), which are a mandatory place of staying for the trainees. Training begins with a demonstration of the intent of the interaction of athletes on the screens of devices or on a real field, where an equivalent number of participants is formed, they move with or without a musical accompaniment according to the scenario, which is chosen by the coach. According to the technical preparedness and/or characteristics of each participant, they are offered to monitor and memorize in the general dynamics of all the areas the indicated place of their personal action area, which is projected with a number designation or features of its individual visual image. Members of the group are distributed according to their personal zones to the action field, and at the "start" command they begin to carry out the task, while adhering to the center of personal LDZ. At the same time, the conditional sound and/or light signals of the SHC are given or not given in case of the group and/or personal error of the participant. Mistake is the exceeding or decreasing of the speed of execution of actions of the general scenario and/ going beyond the limits of personal areas, and/or the wrong orientation of the body of one or several participants. At the initial stage of training, the minimum speed of the scenario execution is set with the given large contrast areas of the SCS, which gradually, at the assimilation of the participants in the task, are reduced and lightened up to the desired optimum value. In the presence of gross errors in the performance of tasks by individual participants, they are offered an independent additional amount of training time, which they conduct without mastering the task, but with the projection of the personal areas of the whole group.
EFFECT: method ensures increased effectiveness of training, coordinated actions of a group of people, as well as obtaining data on the preparedness of the group and its individual members that were previously unavailable.
