FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ice cream production technology. The apparatus (11) for production of a conic-shaped confectionary product with a filled core. The ice cream consists of the first component that consists of the first type of frozen confectionary product (9, 22) coextruded with the second component (4, 23) where the said second component consists of the second type of aerated frozen confectionary product and is concentrically with the said first component (9, 22). The device includes a nipple (12) for simultaneous extrusion of the first component (9, 22) and the second component (4, 23), relocation means (15) for moving the nipple (12) at varied speed, the first and second delivery means (13a, 13b) for supple of the first component (9, 22) and the second component (4, 23) to the nipple (12), the first and second valves (14a, 14b) connected to the respective delivery means (13a, 13b) for control of duration of supply of the first component (9, 22) and the second component (4, 23) t the nipple (12) as well as a control unit (16) for independent control of operation of the first valve (14a), the second valve (14b) and the relocation means (15). Additionally, one proposes a method for the frozen confectionary product manufacture using such apparatus.

EFFECT: invention allows to mould frozen confectionary products of coextruded materials in a simple way.
