FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: in the scheduled period of evaluation of the dental implantation results, a thickness of regenerated soft tissues above an implant cap is additionally measured. An implantation defect is stated if the measured thickness is less than 1 mm. The above defect is managed by incising the soft tissues up to a periosteum along a central long axis of the jaw and reaching 2-3 mm from both sides of the implant of interest. The implant diameter is measured; a jaw side which is contraindicated to be involved in chewing is specified. A point for biopsy material sampling is selected from this side. The biopsy material 2-3 mm thick and 3 mm longer than an implant radius is cut out in the sterile environment. It is placed on a cloth heavily moistened with 0.9% sodium chloride at 18°C and smoothed down at the Petri dish bottom. The biopsy material is cleaned of epithelium, fat pieces, blood and saliva drops. The biopsy material is shaped as a triangle with two equal sides and a base 3-4 cm long and 2-3 mm higher than the implant radius. The procedure starts with making a through transversal incision of the biopsy material with the incision having a length 1 mm more than the implant radius. The incision extends from the base towards a triangle apex along an altitude line. The biopsy material is then incised in parallel to its place in the mid-thickness from the apex towards the triangle base with the incision completed at 1-2 mm from the base. That is followed by spreading the formed leaves of the triangle plane until a rhombus with a crest in the middle is formed thereof. An artificial cavity is formed in the soft tissues surrounding the implant; the cap is replaced by a soft tissue former with a diameter equal to that of the implant; the implant is placed with an incision centre falling above the centre of the former apex with the crest up and along the line of the long axis of the jaw bone; the implant is stretched by the crest ends until dimensions of its holes fit those of the former. This implant hole is put on the former; the implant is settled down into its seat, stretched and placed like this inside the artificial cavity inside the soft tissues. The wound is closed.
EFFECT: method ensures preparing for implant crowning having a sufficient amount of soft tissues around that makes it possible to eliminate a gap between the soft tissues and the crown, to avoid premature structural failure, infection contamination and inflammation of soft and bone tissues of the jaw, and halitosis.
