SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relate to field of biotechnology and includes immunogenic and pharmaceutical compositions for their application for treatment or prevention of infection or disease, caused by Neisseria meningitidis and/or Neisseria gonorrhoeae, as well as set for application for immune responde induction. Composition contains at least one modified protein, which binds H factor, and pharmaceutically acceptable carrier. Composition is capable of causing immune response to Neisseria meningitidis and Neisseria gonorrhoeae, when introduced to people or non-human animal. Modified protein, which binds H factor, has sequence Seq ID No: 1 with exception of modified amino acid in at least one position, which results in absence of factor H binding or at least five-fold reduction of factor H binding in comparison with protein, binding H factor, which has sequence Seq ID No: 1. Modified amino acid residue is at position 106, as determined in sequence Seq ID No:1.

EFFECT: obtaining pharmaceutical composition for treatment or prevention of infection or disease, caused by Neisseria meningitidis and/or Neisseria gonorrhoeae.
