A multi-purpose analyser includes an installation platform adjacent to an object holder with connecting devices and including an active module with the first active element made in the form of a scanning probe microscope and the second active element represented with a sensor for measurement of vibration level of the measured object.
EFFECT: providing optimum conditions of final measurements.
