PATIENT'S TABLE COMPRISING POSITION CONTROL SYSTEM, AS WELL AS METHOD FOR USING THIS PATIENT'S TABLE Russian patent published in 2015 - IPC A61B6/04

Abstract RU 2561512 C2

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment, namely to patient's tables used in X-ray imaging devices. The patient's table comprises a position control system and a table panel connected to a table bottom by at least one movable connected; the table panel is configured to move by a drive. The position control system comprises a first sensing circuit for presenting the position data by at least one moveable connection and a second sensing circuit for presenting the position data of the table panel positioning by optical measurement. A method for using the table consists in obtaining the initial first position data of at least one movable connection with using the first sensing circuit, obtaining the initial second table panel position data with using the second sensing circuit, moving the table panel into the other direction by controlling the drive taking into account the initial position data and obtaining the actual second table panel position data with using the second sensing circuit. That is followed by moving the table panel by controlling the drive on the basis of a difference of the initial second position data and the actual second position data with iteration repetition of the cycles until the difference of the initial second position data and the actual second position data becomes less than a threshold. The version of the method for using the table for three-dimensional mapping involves three-dimensional X-ray imaging of an object arranged on the table panel, the initial first position data with using the first sensing circuit and the initial second table panel position data; the three-dimensional X-ray image is transformed in accordance with the different of the initial second position data and the actual second position data; the transformed three-dimensional X-ray image is laid over the two-dimensional X-ray image of the object. The method is implemented with the use of the X-ray imaging circuit comprising an X-ray imaging device with integrated X-ray source and detector, a patient's table and a control unit equipped with a machine-readable carrier.

EFFECT: using the invention enables increasing the position accuracy.
