SUBSTANCE: rotating furnace for calcination of slime for preparation of cement clinker contains the housing installed horizontally and the sectional housing, the double drive, the feeding pipe for slime supply, the fuel and air supply head, the chain filter-heater, the heat exchangers, the shearing grate refrigerator, the water cooling unit and the central lubrication system. meanwhile the furnace housing is formed by sections with different shapes and with the sizes increasing from loading to unloading, series connected with formation of screw surfaces.
EFFECT: expansion of process capabilities and increase of heat exchange intensity.
