FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: furnace includes housing, dual drive, slurry feed pipe for preparation of cement clinker, head for supply of fuel and air to the furnace, heat exchangers, shearing grate cooler, water cooling plant and central lubrication system. Housing is installed horizontally and made of guide elements in the form of equilateral triangles with formation along external perimetre of the housing of three broken screw lines of the main direction and two broken screw lines of opposite direction. Along internal perimetre of the housing there formed are three broken screw surfaces and three broken screw grooves of the main direction for slurry movement for preparation of cement clinker from loading to unloading and two broken screw surfaces and two screw grooves of opposite direction for slurry movement for preparation of cement clinker in reverse direction from unloading to loading.
EFFECT: enlarging technological capabilities, simplifying the furnace operation and increasing heat exchange intensity.
