FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: furnace contains casing leaning via tyres against supporting rollers, dual drive consisting of two motors and two reducing gears, two under-ring gears, one ring wheel, feeding pipe for slurry supply for cement clinker baking, head for fuel and air supply into furnace, chain filter-heater, heat exchangers, shearing grate refrigerator, water cooling plant and central lubricating system; the casing is mounted horizontally, it is conical with formation along periphery and inside the casing of three broken helical lines and helical channels inside the casing with variable pitch along casing length, and it is made of sections installed in-series each assembled from two pairs of triangles connected by sides; note that the first pair of triangles is made of the same two pairs of isoscales triangles, and the second pair - of isoscales triangle equal to equiangular triangle, the sides of which are equal to the side of isoscales triangle; note that each next section is turned relatively the next by 120°.

EFFECT: increase of heat exchange intensity and enlarging process capabilities.
