FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: most preferable area of usage is adjustment of flow and treatment of urban runoff drained from the territory of settlements and (or) industrial enterprises, and also from roads and bridges. The device comprises a cylindrical reservoir (1) with systems of treated water supply (2) and treated water drainage (3). The device is equipped with an underwater facility of sludge movement in the form of a truss with scrapers (4), capable of turning in horizontal plane during switching of a drive (8). In this device rotation from the drive (8) to the truss (4) is transmitted via a hoist drum (11), a rope (12) and a system of horizontal (9) and vertical (10) blocks. On the water surface in the cylindrical reservoir there is a system of collection of floating admixtures in the form of a floating skimmer (13). The system of treated water drainage is additionally equipped with a flexible pipeline (15), one end of which is submerged under the water level and is fixed to the skimmer (13).
EFFECT: increased extent of water treatment from settled and floating admixtures with simultaneous flow adjustment, at the same time reliability of device operation increases, and its design simplification is provided.
