FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: claimed invention relates to field of immunology. Collection of antibodies (or their functional fragments), which contain embryonic framework regions, is claimed. In addition, collections of nucleic acids, expressing vectors and recombinant host cells, as well as method of obtaining collection of antibodies by invention are disclosed. Proposed solution can find further application in screening of therapeutic antibodies.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to determine pairs of VH and VL classes in human immune repertoire for collection of antibodies by invention, which are the most common and have preferable biophysical properties.
