FIELD: personal use articles.
SUBSTANCE: accessory is a sheet of flexible material, resistant to burning-out, with the composition applied on one its side. The composition comprises a mixture of oil with melting point below 20°C in an amount of from 1 to 34 wt % and fat with melting point above 20°C in the amount of 66 to 99 wt %. The composition also comprises at least one oil-coated component selected from the group of herbs, spices and taste enhancers. The method of preparing an accessory provides lubrication of sheet with fat and oil mixture, the distribution of one or more components of the herbs, spices and taste enhancers on this mixture and coating the applied component with oil.
EFFECT: invention provides an accessory for heat processing cooking.
