SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biochemical analysis of biological objects, and can find application in diagnostics of oncological and malignant diseases. Kit for exosome recovery consists of an exosome precipitation agent, a washing solution and an elution buffer based on 0.15 M sodium citrate solution with pH 7.5. As an exosome-precipitating agent, it contains a thermal polypeptide with a lysine-arginine chain link and a number of links of 10–50 with molecular weight of 3–15 kilodaltons and a washing solution based on 10 mM NaCl.

EFFECT: invention provides increased output of exosomes from biological fluids, increased purity of exosome preparation, as well as reduced time of their extraction.
