FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely laboratory methods of studying transitions of the erythrocyte cytoskeleton state. To this effect, the erythrocytes are washed free from blood plasma, placed on a water bath at 49.2°C and heated for 15 min. Then, the erythrocytes are fixed by means of glutaric aldehyde. Variations of the morphological picture enable stating the transitions of the erythrocyte cytoskeleton state.
EFFECT: method provides assessing the erythrocyte cytoskeleton state associated with different human diseases.
