The method includes isolation of DNA from peripheral venous blood, analysis of genetic polymorphisms rs3126085, rs12144049, rs6661961, rs471144 and rs10888499 of the FLG gene. The GCATA haplotype at loci rs3126085, rs12144049, rs6661961, rs471144, and rs10888499 of the FLG gene is a risk factor for the development of chronic true eczema (OR=5.48).

EFFECT: use of this method will allow at the preclinical stage forming risk groups among individuals and timely implement in these groups the necessary therapeutic and prophylactic measures to prevent the development of CTE.
