SUBSTANCE: invention aims to predict the risk of chronic true eczema (CTE) among Russian male individuals, natives of Central Black Earth Region of the Russian Federation A genomic DNA is recovered from peripheral venous blood, and t loci are analysed by a polymerase chain reaction. If observing -308A TNFα allele or -308GA TNFα genotype, or +1663G TNFR2 allele or +1663GG TNFR2 genotype, or a combination of +250G Ltα and +36A TNFR1, or -308A TNFα and +36A TNFR1, or +250G Ltα and +1663G TNFR2, or -308G TNFα and +1663G TNFR2, or -308A TNFα and +250G Ltα, or -308G TNFα and +250G Ltα and +1663G TNFR2, or -308A TNFα and +250G Ltα and +36A TNFR1, or -308A TNFα and +250G Ltα and +1663G TNFR2, the high risk of the CTE development is predicted; -308GG TNFα genotype, or +1663AA TNFR2 genotype, or a combination of +250A Ltα allele and +1663AA TNFR2 genotype, or a combination of -308GG TNFα and +250A Ltα, or -308GG TNFα and +1663A TNFR2, or +36G TNFR1 and +1663A TNFR2 shows the low risk of the CTE development.
EFFECT: invention ensures generating new criteria of the risk of the CTE development.
