FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: laser radiator is used to create the swirled optical filed with in-phase-shape surface to affect the microparticles of inhomogeneous medium so that the clarified channel is created with low concentration of interfering particles. Optical field is created inside formed clarification channel. Energy to be transmitted through inhomogeneous medium features wavelength other than or identical to that of swirled optical field.
EFFECT: increased range of electromagnetic radiation energy transmission, lower losses of its transmission through atmosphere.
