SUBSTANCE: claimed group of inventions relates to application of hydroxypropylcellulose as binding agent to obtain pharmaceutical composition with prolonged release, which contains oxycodon or its pharmaceutically acceptable salt and naloxone or its pharmaceutically acceptable salt, as well as to their obtaining, and their application for introduction to human. Pharmaceutical composition does not contain povidon as binding agent. Group of inventions also relates to application of hydroxypropylcellulose for stabilisation of said pharmaceutical composition.
