FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment, namely to radiopharmaceutical administration facilities. A method for planning and monitoring of the radiopharmaceutical use consists in obtaining a patient's graph for various radiopharmaceutical injection procedures, establishing thereby a configuration of a multidose container applicable for various radiopharmaceutical injection procedures, transmitting the patient's graph onto a radiopharmaceutical liquid delivery system, specifying the multidose container configuration on the radiopharmaceutical liquid delivery system, performing various radiopharmaceutical injection procedures according to the patient's graph, monitoring the multidose container configuration during various radiopharmaceutical injection procedures, determining if there is a risk that at least one of various radiopharmaceutical injection procedures cannot be terminated properly with reference to one or more patient's graph alternations, and generating an emergency signal in response to the risk determined. Implementing the method involves a machine-readable carrier comprises processor instructions. The delivery system comprises a radiopharmaceutical source, a disposable kit for injections configured so as to provide a liquid flow from the radiopharmaceutical source to the patient, a pumping mechanism in a liquid connection with the disposable kit for injections and radiopharmaceutical source, a control unit functionally connected with the pumping mechanism and configured to obtain the patient's graph, specify the multidose container configuration applicable during various radiopharmaceutical injection procedures, control the pumping mechanism for performing various radiopharmaceutical injection procedures in accordance with the patient's graph, monitoring the multidose container configuration during various radiopharmaceutical injection procedures, determine if there is a risk that at least one of various radiopharmaceutical injection procedures cannot be terminated properly with reference to one or more patient's graph alternations, and generate an emergency signal in response to the risk determined. A method for optimising a graph of various radiopharmaceutical injection procedures involves obtaining the graph of various radiopharmaceutical injection procedures to obtain the planned patient's graph, transmitting it onto a radiopharmaceutical liquid delivery system, adjusting the planned patient's graph to obtain the updated planned patient's graph, providing one or more alternations in at least one of a radioactive dose or infusion time for at least one of the next patient in the updated planned patient's graph, and generating an emergency signal.
EFFECT: using the invention enables simplifying the multidose container configuration.
