Then, in compliance with claimed process, the second prediction type is defined for the set of video data in B segment and said second type of prediction is turned to make the syntax element of B segment prediction type. Besides, P segment binarisation is performed for syntax element of P segment prediction to binarise said B segment for syntax element of B segment prediction type.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of coding/decoding owing to smaller quantity of contexts of said arithmetic coding.
