SUBSTANCE: invention relates to systems and methods for providing vehicle control parameter limit values when using an automatic control mode. One version of the system comprises a navigation system and a vehicle comprising a storage device storing a program. Versions of the system provide: receiving an indication for the automatic control of the vehicle; receiving a route from a navigation system for the vehicle to reach a destination for completing a set task; and determining a vehicle parameter limit value corresponding to the state of the vehicle. Some versions provide: sending the vehicle parameter limit value from a vehicle control module (VCM) to a navigation control module (NCM); determining, via the NCM, an automatic control command according to the destination and based on the vehicle parameter limit value; and sending the automatic control command to the vehicle engine.

EFFECT: more accurate control of a vehicle operating in an automatic control mode.
