FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: heater of loaded material contains vertical shaft, that at its top end has loading hole for shaft filling with pieces of loaded material, and at bottom end has output hole, in its zone there is arrester for temporary arrest of the loaded material in shaft. The heater ensures possibility of the shaft vertical lifting relatively to the arrested in shaft loaded material based on the loading position, to position of pre-heating, at that there is secondary hole between the internal wall of the shaft and loaded material arrested in shaft.
EFFECT: invention prevents smoke generation in the melting furnace.
