FIELD: bioengineering.
SUBSTANCE: method of biomaterial preservation is suggested. Method includes the biomaterial arrangement in sterile vessel, air removal from vessel, and its sealing, biomaterial treatment by xenon in closed environment in vessel with inspection window, and biomaterial cooling at continuous visual monitoring. The biomaterial is treated by xenon of 90-99.999% degree of purity to pressure 7-9 atm, and further cooling of the biomaterial is performed to maximum temperature +5°C, but at least -10°C.
EFFECT: reduced probability of the biomaterial destruction, including during the preserved biomaterial storage.
