FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to high-voltage conversion equipment and can be used in structures of the voltage converters for converting AC voltage into DC voltage and vice versa. In high-voltage transistor switch, having series-connected semiconductor units, between which there is a coolers, for cooling of semiconductor units, semiconductor units and coolers are assembled in the power column by means of clamping structure consisting of support plates and clamping assembly, and each of the semiconductor units comprises igbt-module of pressing type, igbt module control circuit, such as a driver, as well as protective R-C circuit and a measuring R circuit in the form of voltage divider.

EFFECT: technical task of the proposed invention consists in creation of such high-voltage transistor switch, ensuring its controllability at simultaneous reduction of effects on components of the control circuit, as well as provides faster replacement of faulty equipment without removal of internal links.
