FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention represents a pharmaceutical solid dispersion containing amorphous tolvaptan or its salt as an active ingredient, and cross-linked polyvinylpyrrolidone, wherein a ratio of tolvaptan or its salts and cross-linked polyvinylpyrrolidone makes 1:0.05-20. The invention also refers to a method for producing the above solid dispersion, and to a pharmaceutical composition containing the above solid dispersion.
EFFECT: better solubility and stability of the active ingredient, and ease of production.
