Said photoelectrode is a plant with leaves, stem and roots, saturated metal nanoparticles with giant Raman scattering properties, for example, Au, Cu with size of 0.2-100 nm. Electrolyte and concentration of nanoparticles allow plant to carry out photosynthesis. Plant is saturated with artificial means, specifically by soaking seeds before planting, planting cuttings of plants nano-containing medium or watering.

EFFECT: use of device allows simplifies design of photoelectrochemical cell.
