Rectangular pulse current with density of 0.06 to 0.15 A/cm2 is used, ultrasonic action is applied to the electrolyte with oscillation frequency of 28 kHz and specific power of 330 W/kg.

EFFECT: high output of the solid phase during electrochemical exfoliation of graphite.
