FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to cardiovascular surgery, and can be applied for treatment of patients with ischemic heart disease (IHD) with post-infarctum aneurysms of left ventricle, complicated with spontaneous ventricular tachiarrhythmias. For this purpose performed is aneurysmectomy of left cardiac ventricle with resection of scarred altered endicardium and endoventricular circulatory plasty of left ventricle with patch from synthetic tissue. After that circulatory radio-frequency ablation of transitional zone of anterior, lateral, posterior and interventricular walls of left ventricle between healthy myocardium and scar tissue is carried out by radio-frequency destructor of heart conduction paths.
EFFECT: method allows to increase treatment efficiency due to reduction of degree of intensity of processes of post-infarction left ventricle remodeling, improve its contraction function and myocardium blood supply, eliminate possibility of emergence of life-threatening ventricular rhythm disturbances.
