Dry mixture for preparation of functional beverage contains hibiscus extract and alfalfa extract in the form of biologically active food additive "Eramin" at the following ratio of ingredients, wt%: hibiscus extract – 97.92–98.43; biologically active food additive "Eramin" – 1.57–2.08.

EFFECT: dry mixture has high organoleptic properties, antioxidant action, provides reduced risk of oncological diseases, cholesterol level, reduced weight, supports the immune system, normalises metabolism.
