FIELD: space.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to remote Earth probing from space. In order to perform control, remote sensing of underlying surface is performed using devices installed on space vehicle, in IR and SHF ranges synchronously, to obtain images of surface areas; separately, in each channel, matrix pixels of images are correspondingly multiplied to produce synthetic matrix; function of synthesised matrix signal is normalised in standard scale 0…255 quantisation levels, synthesised matrix signal function is calibrated at fire hazard factor values of reference areas; fire hazard circuits isolines are plotted by methods of spatial differentiation and viewed via printing with application to contour map of the region.
EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of stability and reliability of control.
