FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method comprises multistage deformation of workpiece in several passes, formed by streams of adjacent rollers of roller die at conjugation of their contact surfaces by profile formation on separate stages of deformation with turning passes in next stage and finish shape in monolithic drawing die. High accuracy of profiles and reduction of drawing force are ensured by fact that on surface profile is formed at least three parallel its longitudinal axis of equal-sized roll by extrusion of metal in wedge-shaped compensation cavity passes between sections of contact surfaces of adjacent rollers adjacent to circuit of the gauge, turning of passes is performed by half angle between adjacent compensation cavities relative to their position in previous pass. Total cross-section area of rollers is regulated by mathematical relationship.
EFFECT: disclosed is method for metal forming in rolling and wiredrawing.
