FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in monitoring reserves of physical health and working capacity of children, teenagers, young and adult population. Health status diagnostics and determination of level of physical activity are conducted in three phases. At stage of passive diagnostics pulse is determined at rest, blood pressure, life index by spirometer. In recovery phase of diagnostics recoverability of pulse is determined. At stage of active diagnosis spinal flexibility is evaluated in test with inclination forward, power endurance of arms and thoracic girdle muscles by measuring number of push-ups rested against floor, and power endurance of abdominal muscles. Pulse pressure is measured at rest, HR recovery time is determined after 20 squatting. Which is determined by running time at 2 km, dexterity is determined by length of jump off. Power endurance is measured by counting number of pull-ups on crossbar (for men). Flexibility of spinal column is determined by measuring of torso inclinations below support. Determined experience of regular physical training sessions, number of respiratory diseases at year and number of chronic diseases. Assessment of physical health and health reserves of population is performed by determining index of functional state of health by summation of points with derived numerical values for each measured indicator and weight coefficients from normal values for patient's sex and age. Depending on obtained values index of functional state of health is determined as: very high, high, medium, low or very low.
EFFECT: method enables higher accuracy, objectivity and relevance evaluation of human health by determining level of physical activity in terms of physical data and operability of population.
