SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. Medical device to reduce risk of damage of at least one of following: thigh bone, pelvic bone, components of prosthetic hip joint and attachment located between prosthetic hip joint and femoral bone and/or pelvic bone comprises first part, second part and releasing element made in first position to hold first part in connection with second part and made in second position to release first part from second part. Releasing element is made with possibility of changing its position from first position to second position at application of preset voltage to this releasing element. Said medical device additionally comprises adjustment element to adjust preset voltage required for changing position of releasing element from first position to second position.

EFFECT: invention provides reduction of complications following surgical operation on hip joint by preventing dislocation of hip joint and weakening of prosthesis in place of its fixation in femur.
