FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: implantable medical device for implantation into a patient's hip joint, which comprises a femoral head in the form of a ball attached to a femoral neck and an upper extremity of the femur, wherein femoral neck and femoral head have longitudinal axial extension with longitudinal femoral head central axis, extending from the femoral neck into the femoral neck and femoral head center and towards the cotyloid cavity, wherein the acetabulum is a cupped part of a hip bone with a hole towards the femoral head and has a central axis, extending from center of cup bottom towards center of hole and normal position of femoral head, wherein central axis of femoral head corresponds to central axis of cotyloid in centered position, when the femoral head is aligned, aligned and symmetrical in the cotyloid cavity, wherein both the femoral head and the cotyloid cavity have the hip joint bearing surface, located opposite to each other and in contact with each other, wherein the bearing surfaces of the hip joint carry a load in the hip joint. Medical device comprises at least one artificial hip joint surface and at least one positioning hole configured to receive the positioning rod. At least one artificial hip joint surface is configured to replace at least a surface of at least one of the femoral head and cotyloid cavity. At least one positioning hole configured to receive the positioning rod, configured to stabilize and locate in at least one of the femoral bone and pelvic bone, and at least a partial coverage of the rod to accommodate the at least one artificial hip joint in the required position in the hip joint. Said at least one artificial hip surface of a medical device comprises an artificial femoral head or an artificial femoral head surface and additionally comprises artificial cotyloid cavity or artificial surface of cotyloid cavity. Artificial head of a femoral bone or an artificial surface of a femoral head contains the first positioning orifice. Said artificial cotyloid cavity or the artificial surface of the cotyloid cavity contains the second positioning hole. Said first and second positioning holes are configured to receive said positioning rod, attached to at least one of femoral and pelvic bone to accommodate said artificial femoral head or artificial surface of femoral head relative to said artificial cotyloid cavity or artificial surface of cotyloid cavity and relatively femoral bone and/or hip bone. Positioning rod is configured to be placed in the opening of the medical device for placing an artificial hip joint of the medical device in the correct position in the patient's hip joint. Said positioning rod is elongated and additionally configured to insert at least one of femoral bone and hip bone to accommodate said medical device in hip joint and receiving said medical device inserted into hip joint through pelvic bone. Said positioning rod has such dimensions and is made so that it can pass into the first positioning hole in the artificial femoral head or in the artificial surface of the femoral head and further into the second positioning hole in the artificial cotyloid cavity or in the artificial surface of the cotyloid cavity. Positioning rod is configured to fix at least one of the femoral and pelvic bones for positioning said artificial femoral head or artificial surface of femoral head relative to said artificial cotyloid cavity or artificial surface of cotyloid cavity and relatively femoral bone and/or hip bone. Said positioning rod is configured to withdraw an artificial hip joint after implantation to a patient. Implantable system of a medical device for implantation into a patient's hip joint comprises the above medical device and the above positioning rod.
EFFECT: invention provides the possibility of replacing parts of the hip joint.
