SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. The hip replacement for fixing the patient’s femur comprises a connecting part which is capable of being connected to the contact part of the replacement, at least two expanding parts, having a contact surface for contact with the bone and a stabilizing element having a part which is embodied in such a way that it is in contact with and extends along the outside of the femur. The expanding parts are embodied in such a way that they can be inserted into the patient’s femur and can be expanded in said femur in such a way that the above-mentioned contact surface for bone contact is in contact with the inner part of the femur in order to attach the above-mentioned medical device to the femur cortical bone.
EFFECT: invention enables achieving a durable fixing without passing or penetrating through bone or without using bone cement.
