FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. Hip prosthesis is made with possibility of implantation into human hip joint (patient) with lengthwise axis extending in proximal-distal direction after implantation. Prosthesis comprises first and second proximal distal areas. First proximal area comprises first solid material with first elasticity. Second distal area comprises second solid material with second elasticity. First elasticity differs from second elasticity so, that difference in elasticity of solid materials affects hip prosthesis elasticity along its longitudinal axis. First solid material and second solid material are the same solid metal alloy. Said first elasticity and second elasticity are achieved during hardening process.
EFFECT: invention provides absorption of impact loads in same way as natural hip joint.
