SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to microfluid systems for operation with tissue cells, human, animal or plant and (or) cultures viruses, and is intended for evaluation of tightness and integrity of system of valves of microfluid systems during their manufacture and operation. Device for evaluation of tightness of valves of microfluid system with pneumatic control includes a unit for radiation of valve and a recording and processing of radiation passed through valve, where radiation unit valve represents a body with two channels, one of which is made through, and in which there is a light guide with a tip.

EFFECT: second channel is connected to first and is intended for air supply under pressure on valve microfluid system through tip of light guide, made in its turn with grain and fixed in through channel of case on side of its location on microfluid system; body is made with possibility of tight arrangement on microfluid system with provision of illumination light guide of whole surface of valve.
