FIELD: molecular biology.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to synthetic primers, complementary to N virus genome Porcine epidemic diarrhea (PED) highly conserved region and method of PED detecting. Method of virus detecting is based on polymerase chain reaction with reverse transcription step using primers 5′-accagcaaattgggtactg-3′, 5′-cctgttccgaggtagtagaa-3′ and TaqMan probe 5′-FAM-ccgtggt(RTQ1)gagcgaattgaacaacc-3′. Thereafter, virus RNA is amplified. Then reaction is assessed, wherein reaction result considered as positive if Ct>33.

EFFECT: using given inventions enables higher sensitivity of PCR method.
