FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medical equipment, specifically to tooth restoration designing means. Device for 3D reconstruction of tooth is characterized by execution in form of at least one computer system and includes a unit for generating and visualizing a three-dimensional model of a recovered tooth, configured to combine at least one portion of the individual digital information on the recoverable tooth with a statistical parametrised geometric model of the type of the tooth to be healed, unit for generation and imaging recovery of simulated tooth, configured to integrate said restoration into three-dimensional model of tooth by imaging casting, or by selecting, positioning and adjusting a crown of a set of crowns, or by inserting a mirror image of a crown of a symmetrical tooth of a patient, or by using a statistical parametrized geometric model for adjusting the crown, taking into account the location of adjacent teeth, automatic or non-automatic unit for selecting the most suitable pin from the set of pins and positioning pin in 3D tooth model and a unit for receiving quantitative feedback data on the available thickness of the crown for assessing the risk of cracking of the crown or perforation of the crown. Method for 3D reconstruction of tooth involves generation and visualization of a three-dimensional model of a recovered tooth, which is performed by combining at least one part of individual digital information on a recoverable tooth with a statistical parametrized geometric model of the type of the tooth to be healed, generation and visualization of restoration of modelled tooth and its integration with three-dimensional tooth model by imaging of tooth impression, or by selection, positioning and adjustment of crown from set of crowns, or by introducing a mirror image of a patient's symmetric tooth crown, or by using a statistical parametrized geometric model for adjusting the crown based on the location of adjacent teeth, automatic or non-automatic selection and positioning the most suitable pin from the set of pins in a three-dimensional tooth model and receiving quantitative feedback data on the available thickness of the crown for assessing the risk of cracking of the crown or perforation of the bit. Device is supplemented with a computer-readable data medium.
EFFECT: use of inventions makes it possible to increase accuracy of designing of primary treatment of a root canal or its repeated treatment.
