SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine, namely to dentistry, and is intended for use in treating root canal of tooth. By merging at least one black-and-white two-dimensional image of above tooth and/or information on surface of at least intraorally visible part of tooth with static parameterized geometrical model of tooth three-dimensional model of patient's tooth to be treated is created, containing pulp chamber and root canals. This allows to perform design and/or simulation of treating of one or more root canals in three-dimensional model of patient's tooth and provide dentist with qualitative and/or quantitative information to adequately assess risks, relates to treatment of root canals with using disclosed or selected by user endodontic agents.

EFFECT: invention enables to design treatment of root canal.
