FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and represents a method for prediction of acute renal injury in patients with acute coronary syndrome, consisting in immunoassay of blood serum for erythropoietin content thus improving prognosis accuracy. When erythropoietin content exceeds 15.7 IU/ml, a high risk of acute renal injury is detected.
EFFECT: invention ensures higher prediction accuracy and widens range of patients this method applies for.
