FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: emulsion food product containing deodorised refined vegetable oil, sugar, table salt, acetic acid 10 %, structure-forming agent, mustard powder, and water. Additionally product contains spinach extract. All components are taken at following ratio, wt.%: refined vegetable oil 20-80, sugar 0.01-3.0, table salt 0.01-1.5, acetic acid 10 % 1.5-4, mustard powder 0.1-0.2, structure-forming agent 0.1-10, spinach extract 2-2.6, water - the rest.
EFFECT: invention allows to create emulsion food product with increased biological value due to introduction of components containing biologically active substances, and also presenting original taste and flavour.
