SUBSTANCE: invention constitutes a method comprising alternating culture media and lighting conditions at the propagation stage using different phytohormones: 6-Benzylaminopurine, zeatin and 6-Benzylaminopurine and indolylbutyric acid; and illumination intensity of 1500 to 2000 lux and 800 to 1000 lux.

EFFECT: invention allows to significantly increase efficiency of reproduction of microplants, providing increased multiplication coefficient and impacting rooting by increasing the frequency of rooting in vitro.
