FIELD: mechanics.
SUBSTANCE: manipulator relates to precision mechanics and can be used for precise movement of objects, for example, in probe microscopy. Proposed manipulator comprises base (1) with a unit of guides, on which there is a movable carriage (2), which includes a unit of supports coupled with a unit of guides unit supports, and drive (13), coupled with lever (18) with possibility of detachable connection with moving carriage (2). According to invention movable carriage (2) is installed on guides with help of support unit with possibility of unambiguous installation in working position, movable carriage (2) in working position has at least potential energy.
EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of accuracy of movement of manipulator.
