SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the chemical-pharmaceutical industry and is an antitumour composition based on C18-acylated hyaluronic acid derivative in accordance with general formula (I)

where R is H+ or Na+, and where R1 is H or -C(=O)C17Hy or -C(=O)CH = CH-het, where y denotes integer between 29 and 35, and C17Hy is a linear or branched, saturated or unsaturated C17-chain, and het is a heterocyclic or heteroaromatic residue containing N, S or O-atoms, wherein in at least one repeating link one or more R1 is -C(=O)C17Hy, and where n ranges from 12 to 4000, characterized by that it additionally contains superparamagnetic nanoparticles with stabilizing oleic acid and does not contain a cytostatic. Inventions also include a method of producing said composition.
EFFECT: said composition is selectively cytotoxic both with respect to suspension and adhesive cell tumour lines, especially in relation to tumour cell lines of colorectal carcinoma and adenocarcinoma, lung carcinoma, hepatocellular carcinoma and mammary adenocarcinoma.
