FIELD: coke industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an expansion-free stationary oven door controller for a coke furnace battery with or without heat recovery. Battery of coke furnaces with an expansion-free stationary oven door controller with heat recovery consists of platform (1) of coke ovens or battery (1) of coke furnaces with several chambers (2a-f) of coke ovens on one line, door (3a-f) coke furnace chamber, vertically movable and closing chamber (2a-f) of coke ovens at front, horizontally movable rigid and not a expansion tensioner which moves in front of coke furnace chamber and is equipped with unit (10) and at least one traction hook (11), traction truck (5), which moves along guide device in front of coke furnace chamber and is horizontally moved, not very extensible transmitting device, which is rigidly connected to traction truck (5) and doors (2a-f) coke furnace chamber through tension rollers and at least temporarily should be attached to rigid tensioned element by means of traction truck (5), and coupling mechanism (8) connecting traction truck (5) with rigid tie by request. Invention also relates to operation of an expansion-free stationary oven door controller for a coke furnace battery with heat recovery with application of rigid ties and transmitting devices, not subject to expansion, for automatic opening and closing of coke furnace chamber door.
EFFECT: invention ensures vertical coke furnace chamber door opening without application of control panel of coke furnace where it is possible to avoid deviations of tension elements of controller of furnace door from initial configuration as a result of expansions transmitting devices and undesirable increase traction force, which occurs due to differences in coke furnace chamber door adhesion forces during closing, when using the devices for transmitting and tension elements with low coefficient of expansion.
