Seat (11) has at least one acting across free surface (9), undercut surface (13, 28), which, when inserted cutter insert (4) interacts with at least one a surface (16, 27) of geometric closure to create acting across the free surface (9) of geometric closure. Blade insert (4) is attached to the main part (3) with at least one pin plug (5) oriented across the free surface (9) located in coaxial holes (18, 19) in the main part (3) and in blade insert (4).
EFFECT: ease of production of separate elements and replacement of blade.
