SUBSTANCE: invention relates to vehicle wheels tires assembling method and device. In carcass structure forming assembly line working position drum is connected to two support elements, containing first support element and second support element. Forming drum with attached pair of supporting elements moves on laying line, included into carcass structure assembly line. Forming drum moves from laying line to carcass structure assembly line next station. Movement from laying line to next working station includes: forming drum disconnection from second support element with preservation of forming drum connection to first support element. Movement of forming drum, connected to first support element and detached from second support element, to next working station. Disconnection at next working station of first support element from forming drum with keeping of forming drum at next working station. Movement of first support element, detached from forming drum, into working position.

EFFECT: invention provides increasing in plant efficiency.
