FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a method for purifying human granulocyte-colony stimulating factors (hG-CSF) from a recombinant E.coli. Method includes cultivation of recombinant E.coli to produce a cell residue by centrifugation. Separating hG-CSF-containing supernatant of cell residue. Supernatant is treated with acid with separation of obtained residue by filtration. Method then includes successive cation-exchange, hydrophobic and anion-exchange chromatography.
EFFECT: invention enables to obtain hG-CSF, identical to native form of hG-CSF expressed in a human body, with high output and high degree of purity without additional activation process.
