SUBSTANCE: invention relates to alcoholic beverages industry. To produce 1,000 dal of a wine beverage, following ingredients are used, l: sugar syrup with concentration of 65.8% - 10.0-12.0, first drainage of fortified infusion of coriander - 2.0-3.0, first drainage fortified infusion of goose-tongue -1.0-1.5, first drainage of fortified infusion of almonds (kernel) -5.0-10.0, first drainage of fortified infusion of almond shell - 30.0-60.0, first drainage of fortified infusion of young sprouts of dogberry tree - 50.0-70.0, dry white grape wine - 3,000-6,000, water-and-alcohol liquid-balance to alcohol content of 34 vol%. Invention improves organoleptic properties of finished product. Taste grade is 9.8.
EFFECT: wine beverage has a soft, harmonious rounded taste of almond kernels and almond aroma with a slightly perceptible peach-orange tone.
